You can assort this recipe with any of your favourite fruits, the cashew sauce is mouth-watering no matter your choice.
Preparation and cooking time: 1 hours
Ingredients:
- 2-3 cups of raspberries
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 cups of noble nuts mix (chopped or whole, according to taste)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon fruit syrup (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon of almond essence
Method of preparation:
- Put the raw cashew soaked in water for about 2 hours
- Mix in a blender at high speed all the ingredients (except raspberries and noble nuts mix) for 2-3 min. (until your mixture is nice and soft). Gradually add water, as appropriate, until the desired consistency is obtained.
- Cool down the sauce for 1 hour
- Divide the nuts mix into four and place in a glass, then add a layer of of cold sauce on top.
- Divide the raspberries into four and add them in glasses over the cashew sauce
- Pour the rest of the sauce over the raspberries and serve
