An easy and delicious way to prepare a salmon salad with a fragrant and invigorating sauce. The salmon fillet can be replaced by catfish, carp or any other one without bones.
Preparation and cooking time: 20 min.
Ingredients:
- 350 g salmon fillet sliced into XNUMX strips
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
- 3 tablespoons freshly chopped basil
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped coriander
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon chopped sunflower seeds
- 1 head of fresh lettuce, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped tomato pulp in sauce
- 1 handful of baby spinach (or garden spinach)
- olive oil - to taste
- salt and pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Season the strips of salmon with salt and pepper; let it rest for a while.
- In a bowl, mix mint, basil, coriander, pumpkin seed kernels, sesame seeds, chopped sunflower seed kernels, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper, then set aside.
- Mix the lettuce, tomato pulp and baby spinach (or garden spinach) with olive oil. and lemon juice (to taste) and season with salt and pepper.
- Fry the salmon strips into a hot pan with very little oil in it. Remember to put the lid on.
- Remove the salmon in a large plate with the salad and sprinkle the mixture of herbs and seeds on top.
