A lighter but as fragrant as the delicious Caesar Salad.
Preparation and cooking time: 15 min
Ingredients:
- 2 bellies of lettuce
- 1/4 cup mix of chopped noble nuts
- 2 tablespoons dried goji or cranberries
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 10 sliced pieces of drained oil anchovies
- 3-4 cloves minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and crushed red pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
- Slice the lettuce after you wash and drain it
- Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients (except the mix of noble nuts) in a kitchen robot for 1-2 min., gradually adding the olive oil,
- Mix the salad with the dressing, then sprinkle over the mixture of chopped noble nuts.
- It can be served as such or with grilled chicken or turkey breast.
