Time: 10 minutes cooking, 1 hour for cooling
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of diced dried apricots
- 1/2 cup of diced dried figs
- 1/2 cup honey (liquid)
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1-1 / 2 teaspoon almond essence
- 1/2 cup ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup crushed almonds
- ¼ pistachio pistachio piss
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mix honey, almond butter and almond essence, using a spoon.
- The resulting composition mixes well with the other ingredients.
To combine the ingredients as evenly as possible, at the end it will be necessary to knead the mixture by hand.
- In a rectangular plate, spread the mixture in an even layer, by pressing with a wet hand.
- Leave to cool in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- After cooling, cut into uniform bars.
