A quick breakfast to prepare, only good to start the day with something easy and tasty.
Preparation and cooking time: 15 min
Ingredients:
2 eggs
500g of Kale
1 tablespoon salad dressing
1/2 diced pear
1-2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon currants
1-2 cloves of garlic
Method of preparation:
- Remove the thicker ends of the Kale stem. The remaining tender part is cut into thin slices so that the steam penetrates evenly and has a better aroma.
- Before being steamed, chopped Kale is left to stand for 5 minutes, during which time the garlic is cleaned and crushed.
- Mix the kale with the garlic and leave it together for 5 minutes, then put it in the steamer for 5 minutes.
- Kale steamed for 5 minutes and add the dressing, pear, currants and pumpkin seeds, then mix.
- Serve with soft boiled eggs or eggs.
